Tom continued his unending wallpaper work today -- still in the big bedroom. That's a job I don't want.
Here's another crappy task: Bud and I wore ourselves out trying to move furniture out of Tom's way. Even though we made lots of headway, our progress feels discouragingly small compared to what's left to do. (Particularly when you consider that when we're entirely finished with this house, we'll still only be a third of the way there!) And now poor Bud will have to spend at least a couple of days moving stuff by himself while I go to work.
Yesterday when we stopped by the house on our way back with the furniture, the roofing subcontractor was there. Half the roof is shingled now.
