Well, the Cats pretty much blew. Fortunately, the early part of our day went much better.
The first block place Jimmy and Gary sent us to visit today didn't have a facade that was light enough to match our foundation. But instead of trying to sell us something we couldn't use, they sent us to an Amish guy nearby.
He had just what we wanted! And the thing that probably makes me happiest is now we get to send back the wrong-color stone and we don't have to buy anything else from the salesman who supplied it.
At the house, Gary and Jimmy installed all the joists for the great room floor(!), and the siding guys continued to work on the garage.
Bud spent his morning wrestling the fallen tree, with a brief stop by the office to play handyman on the furnace.
